Where can we stay at Disneyland® Paris?

Disneyland® Paris offers a wide range of accommodation for you to choose from. Stay at one of our 8 individually - themed Disney® Hotels, or at one of our partner hotels nearby.

Which hotels are located near the Disney® Parks?

Distances to the Parks from hotels in the Heart of the Magic range from just a short skip and a hop ( Disneyland® Hotel) to a five - minute free shuttle ride (Disney Hotel Cheyenne®). Hotels near the Magic are just a bit farther away and are also serviced by shuttle buses*.

* With the exception of Disney Davy Crockett Ranch where car hire or your own car is recommended.
For Les Villages Nature Paris, a 15-minute drive is required or a 25-minutes paying public shuttle ride

When are the hotel check-in and check-out times?

You may check in at all Disney® Hotels and Partner Hotels at any time on the day you arrive, even if it's in the morning (except for Villages Nature Paris where check in opens at 10am). Your room will be available from 3pm*. Should you arrive before your room is ready, you can head straight to the Parks and keep your bags in the hotel Luggage Room (except for Disney Davy Crockett Ranch Villages Nature Paris).

*Except for Radisson Blu Hotel and Disney Davy Crockett Ranch where rooms will be available from 4pm and check-out for Radisson Blu Hotel is before noon.

Check out time for all Disney® Hotels and Partner Hotels is before 11am. If you would like to enjoy a final day of fun in the Parks, you can store your bags in your hotel's Luggage Room (except for Disney Davy Crockett Ranch and Les Villages Nature Paris) until you're ready to depart.

How do I get to the Disney® Parks from my hotel?

Getting from your hotel to the Disney® Parks is easy. Take the FREE Disneyland® Paris shuttle service. The shuttles leave every 12 minutes, so you'll never wait long. They run 7 days a week between 6.30 am and 11.00 pm. You can jump off at any Disneyland® Paris hotel or opposite the Marne La Vallee/ Chessy station at the entrance to Disney Village®.

Please note: The shuttles do not go to the Disney Davy Crockett Ranch, Les Villages Nature Paris or Golf Disneyland®.

What is Express Check-out?

Express Check-out saves you time by allowing you to check out without having to return to the Front Desk. This leaves you to enjoy a relaxing, carefree time, right up to the very last minute of your stay.

Can I book a stay with 2 infants?

You can book a stay that includes 2 infants, providing there are no more than 5 people in a room. If you are having trouble getting a quote online, please give our team a call on 0330 880 5001.

Can I check in online via the Disneyland® Paris App?

Yes, you can! To check into your Disney Hotel, follow these simple steps:

1. Download the official Disneyland® Paris mobile app from the App Store/Google Play Store and sign in or create an account.

2. Link your booking using your Disney reference number (note that this is different from your MagicBreaks file number). Your Disney reference number can be found in your travel documents that are emailed to you 7-10 days before your trip.

3. From 7 days before your arrival, go to “My Hotel Bookings” in the app and complete your pre-check in (online check in closes the day before your trip).

4. On arrival, collect your MagicPasses from the reception of your Disney Hotel, drop off your luggage and head straight to the Parks!

5. Disney will send you a text message or email when your room is ready. Simply use your MagicPass as your room key! (Guests staying at Disney Davy Crockett Ranch need to return to reception to pick up their physical key).

Please note, online check in only needs to be done once per booking, not per person.
