One of the top hotels on property. Coffee in two very reliable spots and fantastic food across the whole resort. I love their little toddler pool, and even though it’s a bit of a hike around, it really doesn’t get to me as a big walker. The buses are perfectly fine and very reliable. The tower is a wonderful option and also very accessible to other parts of the resort. Take a nice nap out on the hammocks! I personally think this hotel has an amazing smell too!!! If you have an active toddler, the best site on property is the empty convention center. Let em rip!

So very convenient for all the parks, especially Blizzard Beach. Staff were amazing. So very clean, everywhere. Quick service meal options were great. Rooms were fantastic. Great water park on site. Sports bar was wonderful. Very relaxing.

We spent 3 nights here and used the bus to get to Magic Kingdom and EPCOT. We used the Minnie Van for one day to go to breakfast before Hollywood studios. The rooms are clean and nice. It was easy to request bed rails and extra towels. We called one time and used Hey Mickey another time. We had a pool right outside our room. We also utilized the bigger pool by the dig site. We got food from that area every night. The slide was nice at the big pool. The only downside I have is the room isn't very accommodating for younger kids. It would've been nice to have a stool available so my 2 year old can get herself on and off the toilet by herself and wash her hands by herself. A shower without a bath tub isn't always a good choice for little kids either. We made it work, but my kids like to take baths sometimes instead of showers. The location is pretty central to all the Disney parks so it was never a long wait. I would return but I'd also like to try out other Disney resorts next time also.

Beautiful grounds, but will not stay here again. Second time here and once again it’s an immense cheerleading convention. I’m not talking small- this was overtaking the entire resort. Thousands of young girls everywhere you look, bumping into you- no manners, went to get a bagel and they were all out! The powdered eggs are a no for me as they made both of us sick the prior day. The pool was so loaded with people and young girls in thongs. So inappropriate for a family hotel! The rooms are hot because you can’t adjust the ac- it’s set at 68. I will never return, nor recommend this resort.

This resort is absolutely beautiful and very big, so be prepared for lots of walking! Check in was super easy and staff was beyond nice and helpful. Didn't get to enjoy the pool however they looked beautiful and enjoyed the Cafe onsight.
