To ensure your journey runs smoothly, we ask that you check in at least 30 minutes prior to departure and no earlier than 2 hours before your departure. This will allow for all relevant security and passport checks to be carried out in a timely manner for the train to depart.
The departure process is very simple, you will need to follow the signs and instructions provided by staff, drive onto the train and in just 35 minutes, you will have arrived in France. Here, you will then embark on a 3 hours drive to Efteling from Eurotunnel Le Shuttle's Calais Terminal.
Please note that there are currently 4 shuttles operating every hour, running in each direction during normal hours.
Important note: Any vehicles with an LPG or other gas related tanks will not be allowed to cross for safety reasons.
