Love this place! We've stayed twice and would again. It looks grey and uninviting from the outside but it's perfect to keep the budget down for a trip to Disneyland. There's a Carrefour hypermarket in the shopping centre next door to pick up pastries for breakfast or bits to put in your bag for lunch. The train is a 3 minute walk and about 3 stops from Disney at €4 each way pp. Top tip is to get your return train ticket as soon as you get off the train to avoid the queues when you leave Disney. The train is about 6 stops in the other direction from the hotel to Paris, also €4 so you can easily do both. The hotel rooms are basic. No fridge and it was warm and we couldn't adjust the temperature but it was clean, the staff spoke English and were helpful and polite and we spent very little time there. Also, because we drove from the channel tunnel to the hotel (about 3 hours on easy motorways with a €20 ish toll and the hotel is close once you leave the motorway and the roads are really good condition) we could load the car with our own tea, coffee, hot chocolate (the rooms have kettles), snacks etc and also add our bonus Carrefour bounty on the way back. Works well for us!

Perfectly situated for Disneyland Paris, a bit dated but comfortable and clean. Friendly staff and a bargain for 5 people in a hotel on the outskirts of Paris so close to Disney.

The Hotel was very basic but the staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean but one pillow and the shower was intermittent and not easy to manage. The rooms were cleaned everyday. We think we got real budget rooms so be careful when booking. The room had air con which was a blessing. Breakfast was not spectacular and very hit and miss. We stayed 3 nights and can only advise that hot food was plenty on one morning, the rest it definitely was not. Really convenient for Disneyland - 2 stops away. 2 changes from Orly airport and every train on time - love the French railway system.

We chose this hotel cause we had a tight budget. Basically you pay for what you get. It's not horrible, but certain areas need refurbishment. The facade and front stairs definitely need an uplift, they are dirty , missing letters/words and not welcoming, very shabby. Unlike the back part of the hotel, the parking entrance to the hotel looks better. Our room was small, but i think it's normal for rooms to be small in France, in my country we are used to bigger rooms. We did not have enough space where to put our clothes, for 4 persons we only had one single wardrobe which was less than 1/2 a meter wide and maybe 2m tall , with only 1 shelf. Bathroom was outdated and shabby too. Towels and sheets were clean. Breakfast was very good, we really enjoyed the breakfast. The good thing about this hotel is the location. It's very close to the train station from where one can go to Disneyland and Arc de triomphe. It also has its own parking . There are lots of shops and restaurants close by.
